We would have many things to say about how we make our ice cream, but we don't want to bore you. Our ice cream is natural, produced without dyes, preservatives and industrial semi-finished products. You've heard this before, haven't you? Indeed it is the slogan of almost all ice cream parlors. Good! Let's go further then. Generally, thickeners and emulsifiers (monodiglycerides, sucresters, lecithins, etc ...) are used in ice cream to "hold together" the ingredients. The recipe for our ice cream excludes the use of these ingredients that we have replaced with only VEGETABLE FIBERS, to obtain a good and healthy product, with an ever shorter, cleaner label. Clearly all of our ice cream is NATURALLY GLUTEN FREE. Among the sorbets, in addition to fruit, you will find flavors generally produced with milk such as coconut, peanut, hazelnut, chocolate whose recipe does not include the use of lactose, therefore VEGAN AND LACTOSE FREE.
